ABOUT NON-WOVENS

Technology
A nonwoven is textile sheeting that is created using interlock manufacturing techniques. Finished products include piece goods, and blankets. The simple construction offers many advantages: Low price, high speed manufacturing, with short lead time, and a strong, durable product. Nonwovens are used in Federal and State government agencies as blankets. They can be made of wool or synthetic fiber.

Construction
A nonwoven is made of 2 sides of face sheeting interlocked to a reinforcement of 100% Woven Olefin. A needle-punch machine interlocks the sheeting fiber to the woven olefin core.
